10. Support After Defect Liability Period

  • After the defect liability period of specific items or systems is completed, regular maintenance responsibility will gradually move to the apartment association.
  • However, Indraneelam Builders will continue to provide reasonable coordination support wherever required.
  • This may include helping the association, caretaker, suppliers, and service providers communicate smoothly.
