Downstairs, kids have their own play area. There's a room for indoor games on the days it's raining or nobody feels like going anywhere. And there's a guest room with AC — small thing on paper, but ask anyone with visiting relatives how often that room actually gets used.

A few things aren't visible unless you go looking. EV charging points, already installed. RO water, so no separate filter to buy. Solar panels bring the electricity bill down a bit, and there's a generator for when Thrissur loses power during monsoon, which still happens most years. CCTV covers the building.

Every flat comes with grab bars, anti-slip tiles, panic bells, and foot lamps. Standard, not something you request or pay more for. Most builders near Nesto Hypermarket don't bother putting this in every unit — usually it's an option buried in some premium package.

Layouts run east to west for Vastu, bay windows wide enough that rooms actually get sunlight through the day. No shared walls between flats either, so the usual apartment noise from next door mostly stays next door.
