1. As a gesture of goodwill from the part of the builder in the event of first booking and interim
visit the clients will be provided accommodation free of cost* at Guruvayoor.
2. Till the formation of owners associations, the builder undertakes the services* by itself.
3. The Builder will help coordinate with the customers in the following if requested.
