Foundation: As designed by structural consultant, depending on soil conditions.
Structure: Brick/lateritc stone masonry walls.
Flooring: Marble flooring for sitout, front steps. Ceramic tiles for remaining areas.
Toilets:
Ceramic tiles for floor and glazing tiles for walls up to a height
of 150 cm. Concealed
plumbing, CP fittings with hot/cold water tap for shower, provision for geyser and colour ceramic sanitary fixtures.
Kitchen: Granite counter top with 60 cms high dado with glazed tiles above counter.
Electrical: Concealed copper wiring with ample fan, light and power points along with ELCB and MCB. Concealed conduits for TV points and telephone sockets.
Door/Windows: Front door frame and shutter teak wood and all others hardwood frames and panelled/flush doors. Hardwood frames and shutters for windows and ventilators with glazing.
Painting: Oil bound distemper over putty finish for internal walls and ceiling (putty not provided in toilets). Enamel paint over primer for woodworks and grills.
