Payment for the construction shall be made by DD/ Cheque payable at Guruvayur in the name of “Indraneelam Galaxy”. Collection charges for outstation cheques will be to client’s accounts.

 
 
Payment Terms
Payment to be made in six installments.
On booking: 25% of total cost.
On completion of foundation: 25% of total cost.
On GF slab: 20% of total cost.
On FF/roof slab: 20% of total cost.
On plastering: 9.5% of total cost along with all taxes inc. Service Tax, other deposits and statutory payments. ON HANDING OVER: 0.5% final settlement.
